With BIM through the coordination meetings, Engineers and Architects can visually see clashes prior to the construction process beginning. Having this ability allows the Engineer and Architect time to adjust the design as required so clashes can be resolved prior to the start of construction. If adjustments need to be made at this point in the process, it can be done with very little impact to the overall project.
